Accounts and sign-in
The app is for approved trade customers. If you do not have an account yet, contact us using any of the details below and we will set one up. If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen.
Ordering, delivery and collection
Add products to your basket in the app or on the website, then choose delivery or collection at checkout. After ordering you can follow progress and delivery tracking under Orders.
Invoices and statements
Every invoice we issue, plus your monthly statements, are available under Account → Invoices / Statements. Get in touch if anything looks wrong and we will check it with you.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself in the app under Account → Profile → Delete Account. Your login stops working immediately on all devices. Orders and invoices already issued are kept as required by UK tax law. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
